The model of the TFT LCD panel is not the model behind the LCD case, but the model after the LCD panel, which is the barcode seen behind the LCD screen after disassembling the LCD panel.
At present, the manufacturers of LCD panels mainly include Samsung, LO-PHILIPS in South Korea, Sharp, Hitachi, NEC, and IMES in Japan, AUO, Chi Mei, Guanghui, and Zhonghua in Taiwan, as well as SVA and BOE in mainland China.
LCD panels produced by different manufacturers have different naming rules. The main naming rules are as follows:
In LG-PHILIPS LCD panels, there are generally LP, LM, LS, LA, La and other logos. The panels starting with LP are thin screens for notebook computers, mostly single-port 6bit LVDS (including some TMDS) screens; Most of the screens at the beginning of LM are thick screens, which also have a suffix to distinguish ]TL and LVDS; LS screens are rare, generally TC0N and RSDS panels; LA and La are mostly early panels with different interfaces TFT Display.
In Samsung LCD panels, most of them start with LTM, LT, LTN, etc., but there will be a digital identification spoon representing the size, such as 141, 150, 157, 170, 190, etc. Among them, if the model has X, it is mostly XCA resolution; with W is mostly 16:9 resolution; with E is mostly SXGA; with P is mostly SXCA+; with U is mostly UXGA; T or L to indicate πL or LVDS interface.
In modern (HYUNDAI) LCD panels, generally start with HT, such as HTl7E11-200.
In the Hitachi (HITACHI) LCD panel, the size of the screen (cm) and the number representing the resolution are generally used. Generally, 9 represents SXGA+, 5 represents UXGA, and others are generally XCA; the numbers after TX, 26 is 10, 4in31 is 12.1in, 34 is 13.3in, 36 is 14, 1in, 38 is 15in, 41 is 16in, 43 is 17in, and 46 is 18. lin.
In the SHARP LCD panel, it is generally expressed by LQ plus panel size (inch) and the symbol representing the resolution. If there is X in the model, it means the resolution is XCA; if there is F in the model, it means the resolution is SXGA+; If there is a U in the model number, it means the resolution is UXGA. For example, LQ150X3 represents a 15in XGA resolution LCD panel.
In Sanyo (SANYO/TORISAN) LCD panels, TM switches are generally used, such as TM190SX-70.
Fujitsu (FUJISTU) LCD panels generally start with EDTC and CA.
In NEC LCD panels, most of them start with NL, and will have a digital logo representing the resolution, such as *8, 10276 representing 640×480 and 1024×768 respectively; there will be an AC or BC at the back, such as NL10276BC24-04 .
Taiwan AUO (AU0) LCD panel applications mostly start with L and M, such as L150X2M-1.
Among the LCD panels of CHI MET, most of them start with N and M, and are marked by size, such as M170E6-L05.
In Taiwan's Guanghui or QUANTA LCD panels, most of them start with QD, such as QD14XL20.
Taiwan Hannstar LCD panels generally start with HSD, such as HSD150SX82.
China Taiwan Zhonghua (CPT) LCD panels generally start with CLAA, CPT, AA, such as CLAA170EA03.
BOE (B0E) LCD panels generally start with H, such as H17E13-100.
