Fault reasons and countermeasures:
Of course a faulty LCD picture tube (such as electrode contact) can cause this symptom, but it's not impossible to fix it - minor shocks can be used, severe filament power windings can rewind, and sometimes this symptom can also be caused by Due to welding failure, the resistance of a color electron gun visible discharge power source is open and damaged or the resistance is too large. In addition, in some cases there is only a certain degree of inter-pole leakage, which usually requires no maintenance, but will show an instantaneous color deviation when lit, which will recover naturally after a few seconds.
For the fault of the touch pole (sometimes only leakage), it can only be repaired by professional maintenance personnel, which is characterized by protective shutdown.
For irregular color deviation faults, it can usually be solved by repairing the discharge power resistors and peripheral components of the related electron guns.
The failure phenomenon caused by the open circuit damage of the power resistor is the same as that of the contact pole. The full screen is brought back to sweep the line, a certain color is bright but doesn't cause protection downtime. The solution is very simple - replace the new resistor with the same resistor value! Of course, if the resistance gets bigger, it should also be updated.
In the rainy season, we must take into account the oxidation of the picture tube socket. While the resulting color deviation glitches are rare, the authors have encountered them. After analysis, it may be due to poor design or component quality.
I don't know if it's a design habit or something else. Color deviation failure has the highest probability, followed by blue, and finally green.
Note that if the display is more than five years old, we can consider it as a color deviation failure caused by the aging of the electron gun of the LCD liquid crystal display.
