If the touch screen on the touch surface is slow to respond, it may be that the touch screen system is old, the internal clock frequency is too low, or there are water droplets on the touch screen surface that cannot move. In order for the touchscreen to return to quick response, the system must be replaced or upgraded, or the touchscreen surface must be wiped with a rag.
This is common for multi-touch screens in general, but care should be taken to maintain them. In the detailed operation and use, we must also pay attention to the following supplementary 9 points:
1.TP is a glass product. Please place gently to avoid cracking.
2. The contact surface of TP is a conductive film. If the protective film is removed, it is absolutely forbidden to press the surface of the product with nails, pencils, ballpoint pens or other sharp objects to avoid soiling and scratching the product.
3. Do not stick oil, water and other liquids on the surface of the product.
4. When there are stains on the surface of tea polyphenols, please use a absorbent cotton ball or a dust-free cloth to gently touch the alcohol, gently wipe the surface of the product, and do not penetrate the alcohol into the product.
5. Avoid using and storing organic solvents or corrosive gases (acid gases, etc.).
6. When installing the machine, please use non-corrosive glue to fix the product. Wear fingertips or gloves when installing the machine to keep the product clean
7. When it is found that the TP is invalid, please check whether there is a welding fault, whether the pin contact is good, whether the machine is installed correctly, and whether the operation touch position is accurate. If there are no such problems, put the protective film back on the surface of the product to ensure that the product is returned to the manufacturer for analysis and disposal.
8. After unpacking and inspection, keep the original packaging sealed to prevent the product from being affected by high temperature and high humidity, resulting in watermarks on the glass surface of the product.
